Here at Pretty Little Healing Crystals we want you to feel at home when browsing our store and know you’re with fellow crystal enthusiasts when dealing with dealing with us. We want to make sure you have an experience that will make you want to return time and time again to peruse our crystals.
If you have changed your mind about a purchase or simply no longer want your order you can return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us and let us know what and why you are returning so we know to expect a return in the post.
When returning please include details of your order number, the reason for return, and if you would like a refund or exchange. Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund of the product costs.
Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods should be reported to us. Once we have been made aware of the problem, we will issue you instructions on how to proceed. If we advise you to return a faulty or defective product to us, and upon receipt of the parcel at Pretty Little Healing Crystals, product costs will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs (where applicable).
Please note when making a return in this instance, we will refund your return costs up to a standard parcel Royal Mail second class rate. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse.
In all instances, please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) along with your order details, letting us know why you are returning the item. In all instances we would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes missing.
