Postage

Our Postal Policy

Postage is free for all UK orders over £20. For orders under £20 UK postage is a flat fee of £2.95 using Royal Mail 2nd class service.

All orders are despatched the same day if you order before 12pm.

We also offer a domestic express service at checkout that costs £9.

International Orders

For European orders we charge £12 per item for the first item £5 for each item afterwards. Europe postage is capped at £30.

For the Rest of the World we charge £15 per item with additional items £7. Postage is capped at £40. We use either Royal Mail or UPS.

We will refund any postage overages to you.

The only exception for delivery to international customers is for items over 2 kilos in weight please apply to us using the contact details on the page and we will get a quote for the exact amount of postage to get your item to you.

Great Britain and Northern Ireland including Channel Islands

We post out everyday.

Very occasionally items get held up in the post. If this has happened please let us know. Once the Royal Mail considers it outside their delivery times (10 working days, we will replace or refund you)

If your item has been damaged in the post please let us know as soon as possible. We will need photos of the damaged item and packaging.

International Customers · please note Import Duty is the responsibility of the buyer.

Europe

£12 per item for Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed, each additional item £5 capped at £30. Postage overages refunded where applicable.

Rest of the World

£15 per item using Royal Mail's Tracked and Signed Service. Each additional item £10. Capped at £40.

Postage overages refunded where applicable.

International customers please note, items returned to us as unclaimed or duty not paid will result in the item being refunded but not the postage.
